TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through Kaldroq™. They explain the commercial terms that apply from checkout through payment, fulfillment, delivery, return, and refund.

Kaldroq™ is owned and operated by Hong Kong Goods Selection (Shenzhen) Network Technology Co., Ltd.

By submitting an order through our store, you agree to the transaction terms below together with the policies referenced on our website.

Placing an Order

Products displayed on our store are offered subject to availability.

Before submitting an order, please review the selected product, variant, quantity, delivery address, and other checkout information. You are responsible for providing accurate information needed to process and deliver the purchase.

After an order is submitted, you may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging that we received it. An order may still require payment authorization and routine order review before fulfillment.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:

Payment cannot be authorized;
A product is unavailable;
Pricing or product information contains a material error;
An order appears fraudulent or unauthorized; or
We cannot reasonably fulfill the order to the supplied destination.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices & Payment

Store prices and payments are presented in United States Dollars (USD) unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Depending on checkout availability, these may include eligible credit or debit cards and PayPal.

Any applicable product charges and shipping costs will be presented before the order is submitted.

Kaldroq™ does not directly store complete payment-card numbers entered through third-party payment processing interfaces.

Payment authorization can be subject to additional checks performed by your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or another applicable payment provider.

Product Information

Kaldroq™ offers a curated range of home and everyday products, including drinkware, textiles, lighting, organization, and serving essentials.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, functions, and photographs clearly.

Minor differences may occur between screen displays and physical products. Colors in particular can appear somewhat different depending on lighting, photography, and display settings.

If an item received is materially different from its product description, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed under our applicable return and refund policy.

Processing & Delivery

Orders normally require 2–5 business days for processing before dispatch. During holidays, major promotions, or unusually high order volumes, processing may take up to 6 business days.

A flat $4.99 USD shipping fee per order applies to available shipping destinations.

Current estimated delivery periods after dispatch are:

United States: 8–14 business days
Canada, United Kingdom & Australia: 10–16 business days
Other supported international destinations: 14–21 business days

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities according to product availability and destination. Tracking information is provided when available after dispatch.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to request an order cancellation or correct shipping information, contact service@kaldroq.com within 12 hours after placing the order.

We will review the request according to the order's current fulfillment status.

A request cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has progressed too far for the order to be changed, or once the package has already been dispatched.

If Kaldroq™ cancels an order that has already been paid, the corresponding refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

For a preference-based return, the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

Where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, Kaldroq™ will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer once the issue has been verified.

Do not send merchandise directly to our business registration address unless specifically instructed to do so. Approved return requests will receive the appropriate return warehouse address and instructions.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Payment providers may require additional time to post the funds.

International Purchases

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs procedures, or other requirements imposed by the destination jurisdiction.

Where applicable, such charges are determined by local authorities and are separate from our standard $4.99 USD shipping fee unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Mandatory consumer rights applicable in a customer's jurisdiction remain unaffected where they cannot legally be excluded by contract.

Problems With an Order

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If a package or product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with another significant issue, contact service@kaldroq.com and provide your order number along with photographs or other relevant information where appropriate.

We will review the circumstances and provide the resolution available under the applicable store policy.

Transaction Policies

Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, and applicable payment information form part of the rules governing purchases through the store where relevant.

If a specific transaction policy provides more detailed procedures for shipping, returns, or refunds, that policy should be read together with these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or reduce consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
